Application for volunteering at Mountain Vibe Music Festival 16 (June 12-14, 2026)
1. Returning volunteers will have priority for specific slots but we will be assigning slots as applications are received.
You can tell us the day & time you would like to work and we will try our hardest to work with your request. If there is a day you can absolutely not work please put that in the notes below.
2. Please answer all questions, if you are accepted to volunteer you will be sent a link for payment, payment must be made within 15 days or you will be removed from the volunteer list.
3. All volunteers are required to be on time for their shift and complete the entire shift.
If you do not show up & complete your shift you will be required to pay the balance of a full ticket price.
Volunteer tickets are $60 and require 1 four hour shift at your assigned time. (Full price tickets are $180)
4. Some shifts are multiple people - you can request to work with a friend - we can not guarantee that you will be paired up.
Will Call - 2 volunteers per shift
Camp Gate - 2 Volunteers per shift
Trash - 2 volunteers per shift
Parking - 3 volunteers per shift (in different areas)
Stage - 2 volunteers per shift
First Aid - 1 Volunteer per shift (must have CPR/First Aid Certification)
