Cancel My Membership
*Your request must be filled out by the 5th of the month in order for your cancellation to occur the following month (a minimum of 30 days notice is required).
*You will receive notification of your cancel request before the end of your last month of classes.
*All cancellations occur 10 days before your membership is charged.
*We will not go back and credit dues once they have been paid. All requests are for future months only.
*If you want to reinstate your membership in the future you will be subject to pay the sign up fee again to reinstate your membership.
