RadyVantage student organizations can find the current availability of our meeting rooms on the RadyVantage Room Reservation Site. Please review the calendar and pending reservation sheet prior to submitting your room reservation request. Rady classrooms are available to RadyVantage organizations for the following events:
General Body Meetings
- Available Monday through Thursday 5pm - 10pm
- Weekly meetings
- Student Organization members only
- Each org can submit up to 10 hours of GBM requests per quarter
- Requests must be submitted at least ONE WEEK in advance.
Medium-sized events- Monday through Friday 5pm - 10pm
- Workshops, Panels, and Recruitment events
- Per the Center for Student Involvement (CSI), student organizations must have a Triton Activities Planner (TAP) form and/or an Events & Activities Intake form on file to host events at UC San Diego and Rady. For more information, please visit the Center for Student Involvement website.
- Requests must be submitted at least TWO WEEKS in advance.
You will receive a confirmation email when approved so please submit room reservations in advance to ensure approval within a reasonable time frame.

If you are requesting space for an event that includes a larger number of attendees, food, funding, speakers, games, initiation, or other activities, please fill out the
RadyVantage One Time Request Form for consideration.
