At The Zone, we host weekly cooking demonstrations and offer tips and resources on or around campus for a healthier and more balanced diet. To better help you plan your next meals, we want to know what recipes you would like to see made! Help us put together recipes for next quarter by submitting your ideas and/or suggestions! Some examples include: meal prep recipes, quick and simple recipes, on-the-go recipes, recipes using ingredients commonly found at home, or suggestions on how to make the experience more tailored to you!
