There will be optional activities and events throughout Orientation week, Monday through Friday (except for Thursday), to help students get connected with other students and learn more about CSU and Fort Collins.

CSU International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) will send you several emails over the course of the winter with pre-arrival information; please read the information carefully.

Shopping Trip to Walmart or Target *
Would you be interested in a 2 hour shopping trip on either Thursday afternoon or Friday morning? Transportation is free.
Night Life Activities are optional and happen each evening. Please indicate below which activities you are interested in joining.
Night Life Activities are optional events that allow you to connect with other students and learn more about CSU and Fort Collins. You are welcome to attend any that interest you and fit into your schedule.
Monday, January 14: Community Dinner (free, 6-9pm, meet at Laurel Hall). Dinner in the home of a local family, with other new students. *
Tuesday, January 15: Cultural Mentor game night and dinner (free, 5:30-8:30pm @ Laurel Hall). *
Wednesday, January 16: Ice skating ($8 includes dinner and skate rental with student ID, 5pm meet @ Laurel Hall). Please make payment here: https://ip-colostate.nbsstore.net/ice-skating-at-foothills-mall *
Friday, January 18: Friday Afternoon Club (free, 5:30-7:30pm, meet @ CSU Transit Center). *
Weekly event at CSU's International House featuring dinner or light refreshments. A chance to mingle with other CSU international and domestic students, as well as Fort Collins community members. A CSU Tradition for more than 40 years!
