I understand that both The Hometown Market and the venue have the right to reschedule or cancel this market due to an unprecedented situation like weather, or COVID-19 due to a government mandate which makes the market unable to run. *

FOOD VENDORS ONLY: I declare that I will abide by all Provincial Public Health requirements around the current and ever-changing state of affairs and/or dealing with safe food handling procedures. I will be able to provide a copy of the required certificates on site, should a Public Health Inspector arrive at the festival.

I understand that the host is NOT responsible for the number of guests who attend, and that they will do their absolute best in promoting all events in a timely manner on all social media platforms. *

I understand that setup will begin at 10:00 am and must be completed by 12:45 pm. A setup email will be provided for you 2 weeks before the event. *

I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain my own vendor insurance the day of the market. In the event that insurance is NOT obtained, I assume all liability for any and all occurrences that happen the day of the market. *

Please note: You must agree to the following terms in order to participate. 1: I will abide by treating all, guests, vendors and hosts with the upmost respect leading up to and during all events. 2: I understand that any slander will terminate my presence a the market, and any future markets without a refund. 3: I understand that if I do not arrive the day of the market or cancel, I forfeit my vendor fee. 4: I understand that all vendor fees are NON-refundable. 5: I understand that I am not permitted to leave the market early, unless given the approval by the market organizer. (unless due to illness or emergency) 6: I understand that The Hometown Market and the venue are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 7: I understand that it is also my responsibility to help promote the market I am participating in. I will promote in a positive manner on all social media platforms leading up to the event. *
