Use this form to request financial aid for overnight summer camps. If you are not able to pay at least $200 and would like to request a full scholarship, please contact tim@learngrowconnect.org for the scholarship form.

All information submitted is kept strictly confidential.

GUIDELINES:
*Applicants are evaluated based on need, and without regard to race, religion, natural origin, sex or physical ability. Spaces are granted based on session availability.

*Spaces in camp are not guaranteed to all applicants.

*If accepted, a $50 deposit is required.

*Note: transportation to and from camp is not the responsibility of camp.
