This form is for anyone who wants to help build the 2nd Annual Mystify Festival from behind the scenes (not as performers) and who thrive on teamwork, problem-solving, and supporting the real work of live magic shows, lectures, and events.

We’re looking for dependable folks who can stay calm under pressure, take direction from stage management, help with setup and strike, guest flow, and general show-week logistics. All backgrounds and industry experience welcome.
