⦁ Clients provide all cleaning supplies. Please have supplies out and ready to go on the counter or in a laundry basket or convenient carrier.

⦁ We receive payments by Venmo or Cashapp. When you book with us, payment requests are are sent and must be paid the day before to confirm the appointment.

⦁ We prefer no one is in the house while we clean so we can provide you with the most efficient cleaning possible.
