Aadyaa has over 650,000 followers across it’s social media handles and operates through it’s own website www.aadyaa.com and studios in Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Aadyaa also has franchise operations in Singapore and Sydney, Australia.

House of Aadyaa has recently started working on a franchise model as well. First franchise store has been opened in Kothrud, Pune in Dec 2024.

Franchise responsibilities - 
* rent, deposit, utility bills, property taxes
* internal decor as per Aadyaa's approved standards and/or vendors, 
* internal fixtures such as lights, tables, chairs, racks, AC, stairs, frames, mannequins, shutter, secure gate,
washroom access (as per agreed design)
* housekeeping incl cleaning & dusting, 
* cctv, high speed wifi including monthly payments
* agreement drafting + registration cost
* getting NOC from original landlord/other authorities for starting franchise ops

Aadyaa's responsibilities - provision of adequate stock in franchise premises, adequate staffing for 7 days/week working, billing system, computers, marketing of the store *
Commission to be parted by Aadyaa to franchise partner on monthly net sales (excl taxes) is 10% . 

This will be paid out to franchise partner on a monthly basis against an invoice with GST 3% as Aadyaa sells products at 3% GST to customers

Accurate sales numbers will be made available; however customer data is Aadyaa's ownership and it will not be shared

Lock-in period for franchise partner - 2 years minimum *
Distance between 2 existing stores of Aadyaa (owned/franchise) will be minimum 5 km unless agreed by all parties in writing.  *
