Skyline High School Student Parking lots require purchasing a parking tag and following Parking Policies.

Parking Policies
Driving to school and using the parking lots are privileges that may be revoked if abused.

1. Designated Parking Areas
  • Seniors - Designated areas of the East Parking Lot 
  • Juniors - North Parking Lot
  • Sophomores - West Parking Lot
  • Faculty - First 4 rows of the East Parking Lot, Southeast Parking Lot, East side of the island located in the Bus Loading Zone on the West side of the building, and along the maintenance compound fence South of the Bus Loading Zone island.
2. Designated No Parking Areas
  • Blue Sky Drive
  • Bus Loading Zones, visitor parking areas and shop compound
  • Fire lanes and in front of fire hydrants
  • Handicapped lanes (unless an authorized handicapped tag is displayed)
  • Sidewalks, driveways, and drive through lanes
3. Citations
  • Parking in areas other than those for which a given tag is issued (i.e. students parking in faculty parking areas)
  • Parking in “no parking” areas listed above
  • Parking outside designated lanes, parking in the wrong direction, and taking more than one space
  • Not visibly displaying a parking permit sticker in the windshield.
  • All drivers will obey all traffic rules while driving in parking lot. This is to include all traffic control signs and a 15 mile per hour speed limit. At all locations in the parking area pedestrians will have the right of way.
  • Any reckless or unsafe vehicle operation to include speeding and repeated parking violations will result in loss of parking privileges for a period of time to be determined by the school administration.
4. Violation/Enforcement
  • Vehicles found in violation of the rules listed above may be cited, have an immobilization device (car boot) placed on the vehicle, or result in the vehicle being towed away. The owner of the vehicle will be responsible for citation and booting fees, damages to the vehicle from an immobilization device, and/or towing fees.
  • Citations are to be paid at the main office in the high school
  • The fine will be reduced by $5.00 if payment is made within 3 days from the date of issue
  • Failure to pay citations will result in revocation of parking privileges, towing, and/or an immobilization device place on the vehicle
  • Official Transcripts and diplomas will not be sent out until all parking fines are paid in full.
