Please complete this form for approval in place of the old paper forms. Once submitted it will go to Mrs. Pippen for approval.
Steps:
1. Submit form for approval. (You will receive a confirmation email)
2. Receive email with approved or denied.
3. If approved- Enter the absence into SmartFind. ALL absences, even without subs, must be entered into SmartFind. This form only stands as supervisor approval.
