On the day of our rabbit meeting yours & going home with you we will send them with a bag of all the sorts of things they eat here eg mixed dried forage, mixed readigrass, roots/flowers etc
This isn't intended as being change-over food, it's with the intention of you recreating the same sort of natural diet in the future!

We totally understand if adopters wish to end the cycle of rabbits at some point so we welcome our rabbit(s) back to us. Adopters must not keep our rabbit singly

Rabbit health

Which vet is your current rabbit registered with? Tell us the specific branch, not just 'vets4pets' etc *
Our rabbit(s) will come with 4 weeks free insurance via PetPlan which we recommend you activate. It's up to you whether you then end up taking out an insurance plan in the future but we highly recommend you do as things like CT scans, emergency trips for GI stasis etc can be extremely costly  
Have you read through the 'care & adoption' rabbit section of the website and relevant links within it such as the RWAF website? *
Proof of vaccination
You will need to send us a photo/scan of your rabbit's vaccination record being up to date. Email us at burrowedheartsrescue@outlook.com with a photo of their vaccination card/vet notes. You can combine this email with the set-up email instructed below

**Your photos must include a piece of paper with your name and the date on to verify they're your photos**
Email your photos to us at BURROWEDHEARTSRESCUE@OUTLOOK.COM and include your name in the email so we can match it to your application.
Do you understand that if you don't send an accompanying email to us with your set up photo evidence you may not receive a reply to your application? *
There is a minimum adoption fee of £100 for a single rabbit (for bonding to your own rabbit) or £150 for pairs of rabbits if your application is successful and you adopt, this is to help us with costs (neutering, vaccinations) to ensure that we can keep running the rescue
