Important Reminders:

All staff must arrive at camp at 1:00pm ET on Sunday, August 11th. Please do not arrive earlier than 1pm as the host camp will be wrapping up their summer program.

For NYC volunteers, we have a shuttle leaving midtown Manhattan (Bryant Park) at 10:00am ET on Sunday, August 11th. We highly recommend for staff to select this option rather than driving on their own.

If you plan on flying to LaGuardia or JFK airport, please schedule flights arriving Saturday, August 10th and meet us in Bryant Park at 10:00am ET on Sunday, August 11th. If you don't have a place to stay in NYC, please let us know.  

Staff Orientation begins at 1:30pm ET on Sunday, August 11th.

Campers arrive at 12:00pm ET on Monday, August 12th and leave at 12:00pm ET on Saturday, August 17th.

Staff are welcome to leave beginning at 3:00pm ET on Saturday, August 17th but are encouraged to spend the night for our staff appreciation party. Please note that all staff are invited and that staff must adhere to the minimum drinking age.

Departure time on Sunday, August 18th is 9:00am ET. There will be a shuttle leaving for NYC at that time.
