For an art piece I'm working on, I'm collecting names of men that have been involved in anything from sexual harassment to sexual assault. This form is anonymous and I am just collecting first names so that the victims are not exposed.

The purpose of this piece will be to take back the power by naming these men, even though I'm just using first names. Besides, if a man knows he is guilty of something and sees his name, it will cause him to think about his actions.
