Hespeler Santa Claus Parade Entry Form
This year's Hespeler Santa Claus Parade is all set to take place on Saturday, December 5th, 2026 at noon. The Committee is reaching out to our past donors in hopes that we can count on your continued support to keep this long standing tradition alive.

Entry submission deadline is Saturday, November 21st at 11:59 pm

Please note:
  • All vehicles must be decorated in a festive way!
  • Superheroes & other children-friendly characters are also welcome.
  • No vendors or product sales are permitted during the parade
  • Please ensure any candy is fully wrapped, store-bought, and distributed by hand only. Candy may not be thrown.
  • Insurance Certificate: All Parade entries must have minimum 2 million dollar liability insurance naming the Hespeler Santa Claus Parade, P.O. Box 29078, Cambridge, Ontario, N3C0E6 as additional insured.
