Your answer
Vendors are responsible for set-up and tear-down of the booth. I will review the vendor schedule so that I know the set-up and tear-down times. *
Your answer
I understand standard vendors (participating for full sale week) may display during five sale days (Wednesday presale and Thursday - Sunday public sale days). *
Your answer
I understand standard vendor set up is Tuesday from 6 - 9 pm or Wednesday from 9 am - 2 pm (I MUST BE DONE BY 2 pm - no set up from 2 pm to 9 pm Wednesday). If other arrangements are needed, I must notify Sweet Repeats so we can work out arrangements. One-day vendors may set up up to one hour before the sale opens for that day. I will inform Sweet Repeats of my schedule so they can be sure to be there. *
Your answer
I understand standard vendor tear-down is Sunday from 3-5 pm. I understand all vendors MUST be cleared from the venue by 5 pm on Sunday. One-day vendors must be clear from the venue within one hour after the sale closes to the public for that day. I may tear down early if I arrange a time with Sweet Repeats that has the least impact on the customer shopping experience. *
Your answer
I understand no products or services may be sold unless I am present. *
Your answer
I understand Sweet Repeats Kid's Consignment is not responsible for an unattended booth and will not be held responsible for loss and/or damage of my merchandise or materials. *
Your answer
I am responsible for all my own transactions, business licenses and business insurance. *
Your answer
I understand vendors MUST display a California seller's permit at the booth. The California Board of Equalization now requires a separate permit for every location where you sell. This means for each event location, you must have a separate permit for that location. Representatives of direct marketing or larger companies such as Mary Kay, Tupperware, Pampered Chef often fall under Section 6015 and do not typically need a seller's permit. *
Your answer
My California State Board of Equalization Seller's Permit number is: (If you need one and do not have one, they are quick to obtain. You will have to have it before setting up your booth and have it on display. If you are in direct sales with a network marketing company, you must actually verify that your company falls under section 6015 and that a reseller permit is not required.)
Your answer
I understand all sales transactions and/or contracts are made directly between the vendor and customer. *
Your answer
