How We Roll Group Rides with Link Bike Share
PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM 4-WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR REQUESTED DATE. Provide as much information as you can to request a led How We Roll educational group ride, with up to 6 adult participants, with certified Instructors. We will try to accommodate the requested dates, but it is not always guaranteed.
These rides are intended to help participants learn how to better navigate a bike on-street. Rides are typically about an hour and can be done over lunch with small groups.
All requested rides have an associated cost for service:
1 Group Ride = $300.00 (recommended for smaller organizations)
Contracted 3-Ride Set = $800.00 (recommended for medium/larger organizations)
*A $50 deposit fee is required for the instructor's time and planning, this is non-refundable if your party cancels.
-Unique registration link for your group from Bike Miami Valley staff (registration required, no drop-ins)
-2 Certified League Cycling Instructors for each ride
-Scheduling availability Monday - Friday for 1 hour rides
-Link Bike Share bikes & helmets to borrow for all participants
-Pre-planned riding route, considering participants' experience level, starting from a Link station
-Insurance provided by Bike Miami Valley through American Specialty covering personal and property damage
-Evaluation surveys post-ride, and a 6-week follow up, to provide incremental feedback, track data, and trends
