This form is designed for residents of the Limerick and Old Louisville Neighborhoods to request a tree to be planted in their area. This database of locations will be maintained by the Limerick Neighborhood Association in an attempt to gather data for the use of improving the tree canopy through tree plantings in the spring and fall months.
