SVP Denver Programs - Impact Investment Support

SVP Denver’s Impact Investment Support program supports social mission organizations with active or potential earned revenue streams (any income generated by selling goods or services directly to customers or clients). Our program connects organizations with SVP Denver’s Funding Readiness Committee to provide support in one or more of the following areas:

Mastermind - Review of impact plan and/or financial plan
Pitch Practice Session
AI Powered and/or Mastermind - General investment readiness assessment
(financial readiness, operational readiness, impact clarify and fit, investment type)
Identification of additional investors / investment opportunities

Program Eligibility

Nonprofit or For-Profit Impact Organization = your organization is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is operating under a fiscal agent or is a social venture.
Operating in the Denver Metro Region = you are located within and/or providing 51% or more of your services within Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and/or Jefferson counties.
Mission and Impact = you understand how your services are meeting a clear health, economic, or racial inequity.
Team Readiness = your staff and/or board will dedicate time to assessing current systems, strategizing their desired future state and work to get there on top of day-to-day operations.
<$3M in Revenue = we support impact organizations that don’t have the resources to pay for outside support.
Inclusiveness and Equity = your organization embodies values, policies and practices that ensure all stakeholders are engaged equitably.
>3 Years of Operational and Financial History = your organization has been operating for at least three years.
Earned Revenue Stream = your organization has an active earned revenue stream or a clear idea of one.
Business Plan = you organization has a Business Plan or another type of financial document.
Upcoming Pitch or Seeking Investment = your organization has an upcoming porch or is actively seeking investment opportunities.
