Abstract Management Form
Updated: 9/9/2020: The dates for the virtual 2020 SEAOC Convention have been finalized. We look forward to you joining us online December 2, 3, and 4. Thank you for your patience and understanding as the convention committee plans the first ever virtual SEAOC Convention.

We are working with the convention committee to develop the virtual convention program. To assist with our planning, we would appreciate if you could confirm or update your responses to the following two questions that have been added to your abstract management form below by Monday, September 15:

1. Do you still intend to submit the paper? (Thank you to everyone who already submitted.) Note that we still intend to publish all accepted papers in the convention proceedings.

2. Are you still interested in being considered for inclusion in the technical program? This will involve presenting via a professionally-hosted online platform. All presentations will be pre-recorded in October, and combined with live Q&A on the days of the virtual convention (ie you will need to be online for your session to participate in the live Q&A.)

Alternatively, if for whatever reason you are not able to participate in the virtual convention, we have partnered with the SEAOC Continuing Education Committee (CEC) to offer the option of presenting at at webinar or virtual seminar in the first half of 2021. Please indicate your preference on the form below.

We hope to see you virtually in December.
