Empower, Engage, Elevate: Unlocking Student Potential Together is a powerful philosophy advocating for a holistic approach to student development. It emphasizes equipping students with the tools, environment, and opportunities needed to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Presentations that focus on the following will be welcomed: Fostering independence and self-direction by involving students in decision-making and providing voice and choices in their learning experiences. Making learning dynamic, relevant, and captivating through interactive methods like discussions, problem-solving activities, and projects that connect to real-world issues. Incorporating technology, student interests, and diverse teaching styles to further promote engagement. Aiming for high intellectual performance for all students, providing individualized support, and fostering a growth mindset.

Leadership styles, classroom strategies as well as technology and social/emotional accommodations and modifications that enable participants to strengthen positive classroom environments, encourage collaboration, provide meaningful feedback, connect learning to real world contexts, foster a growth mind set and incorporate higher learning practices are encouraged.

*We reserve the right to change the dates and/or location of the conference before registration is sent out to possible attendees. Please keep this in mind when you apply.
