TOS and Things I won't draw
❥Terms of Service:
- Please provide a clear reference of what you want for your order be it photos or if no photos are available a very detailed description. That will be used for doing your order so I can't stress enough BE DETAILED!
- Commissions will be completed in a first paid first completed process.
- I reserve the right to increase the commission prices any time I open.
- I reserve the right to alter pricing on a case-by-case basis due to the complexity of the subject.
- No refunds will be given, so please I can't stress enough please be clear with your order
- I accept payment in points or paypal (if you use points please use the payment button on the front page)
- All orders must be paid upfront, I won't start on your commission until I receive the full payment. For large orders, a payment plan or half now/half later can be discussed.
- WIP's may be asked for or will be given if any I have any questions about your order, they will be watermarked and you may not use these in any way
-Finished works will not have any watermarks but with include my signature and year, I will make sure this will not intrude on the work (you can request where you would like my signature but if you don't I will choose) PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE MY SIGNATURE
- Your commission will be sent as a full-resolution Digital File, to your e-mail if requested otherwise it will be uploaded on DA and you will be given a link to it.
- Minor changes may be made to color or lineart, any other changes that essentially makes me redraw everything entirely will be charged 50%
- I hold all copyright to the finished artwork, not the commissioner, unless stated otherwise.
- The commission may only be used by myself and the commissioner.
- You, the client, must agree to not: Use my art commercially (make money off of it), take credit for it or give none at all(meaning not mentioning my name or linking to me), remove my personal signature & edit/alter the artwork without my permission.
- If the payment hasen't been sent yet, you are allowed to cancel the commission, BUT if payment has already been sent and I am already in process you may NOT cancel
- It may take anywhere from a couple of days to over a couple months to finish your commission, depending on things such as health, family, character complexity or the order you're placed on my list. I will always update my clients on these things!
- If I'm working on a commission the day you pay for yours, expect it to be started the following day (Sketch commission however have a higher chance of being finished the same day regardless).
- If you are paying with paypal, I will let you know my paypal email to use to pay it to
- After you've recieved my confirm note or e-mail, go to your PayPal and choose 'Pay for Goods and Services', and please make sure you've selected 'No Address Needed'
(This is super important when paying for a digital goodie and if you don't, it will create issues for the artist once PayPal sees nothing has been shipped to you)!
