Lead Speaker Contract
Please read each of the following statements carefully:

All program speakers employed in the fields of health and physical education must be current SHAPE America members, and must register and pay for the conference.

Lead presenters must ensure that any additional presenters are current SHAPE America members and that they will register for the conference.

Exceptions to the membership/registration policy may be made for colleagues in allied fields who would not normally belong to SHAPE America and who are invited to speak and share specific expertise at the conference. Written request for an exemption must be submitted using the Comments field below. Notification of approval of exemption will be sent to the speaker when the program acceptance letter is sent.

No honorarium is to be paid for any presentation made.

Presenters involved in business ventures are not to overly promote and may not sell products during a presentation. Selling may only be done from the commercial exhibit area.
