Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) strives to be an open and inclusive community. Registration fees are necessary to cover the costs of our large meetings. Ideally these fees do not pose a barrier to participation.

Each year we receive a number of requests for reduced registration fees. In order to ensure we evaluate these requests in a fair, consistent and transparent manner, we would like to consider all such requests in a coordinated manner.

Please complete this form to request support to attend the 2025 July ESIP Meeting by June 10, 2025. Note that this opportunity provides registration assistance only, but does not provide support for travel to the meeting.

All submissions will be reviewed immediately following this date and applicants will be notified of a decision shortly thereafter.
