I understand that I am required to have a current license/permit to conduct business at the market and that it is my responsibility to work with proper State and local agencies to obtain those when applicable. *
I agree to defend, protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the Whitefish Bay Business Improvement District, Village of Whitefish Bay, Lauryn Wynter Entertainment, Aurora Health Care and the Market Managers from and against any and all causes of actions, claims, demands, suits, liability or expense by reason of loss or damage to any property or bodily injury to any person, including death, as a direct or indirect result of use of any rented or occupied market space or in connection with any action or omission of the renter who shall defend the named release parties in such cause of action or claim. *
I have read and agree to the 2023 Whitefish Bay Farmers’ Market rules and regulations, found at www.whitefishbayfarmersmarket.com. These rules and regulations have been put in place to help ensure that the market operates in a successful and safe manner that is fair for all. Eligible food vendors are required to accept SNAP/EBT to participate. Vendor fees are nonrefundable. The Whitefish Bay Farmers Market reserves the right to amend or change the rules as needed. *
