*Certified Master Food Preserver, Chef Connor Flynn will guide us through the art of food fermentation! He'll delve into food safety essentials and the fundamentals of fermentation, including necessary equipment and key techniques. The session will include both theoretical insights and practical, hands-on demonstrations. Participants will take home fermentation handouts, ferments, and a life time of knowledge.
