Community Champions in Tompkins County
The Cradle to Career Initiative and the Tompkins County COVID-19 Food Task Force are looking for community champions throughout Tompkins County who are willing to be key points of information exchange for a variety of issues facing our communities. A community champion is anyone who is willing to be an information/resource hub for a neighborhood, group, or network (someone who others go to for/with information).

The Cradle to Career Initiative is a collaboration of over 80 organizations and individuals working to ensure that all youth in Tompkins County (pre-birth through age 24) are physically and emotionally healthy at every stage of development, active members of their communities, and on track for living-wage employment.
The COVID-19 Food Task Force is a collaboration of organizations seeking to ensure that everyone is fed safely during the pandemic.
