Contingency Application (2017-2018)
This application allows for organizations and clubs on the James Madison campus to apply for a monetary grant for conferences, events, projects, etc. All JMU student organizations that are chartered with a Constitution and in good standing with the Office of Student Activities and Involvement for at least four months are eligible. Organizations must also show that they have exhausted all forms of fundraising. Organizations without prior requests will be given priority.

In order for a form to be considered completed, the organization must provide an accurate Tax Identification number. Please see your local bank or call the IRS at 800-829-4933 to determine your number. If you do not have a bank account created for your club/organization yet, please do so immediately and then reapply once you have received your EIN.
