The Chirp Wheel is backed with a 100-day trial. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it, we will accept it for a refund, if the item is not damaged from negligence. Our Returns Department will inspect each product. If it is returned damaged, we will not process your refund, and Customer Service will notify you.

While return/exchange shipping is free within the 100-day trial period, any original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Free returns applies to the U.S. only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. If you have purchased through Kickstarter or Indiegogo, free return shipping will not be applied.

If you made a purchase with a free add-on product and it is not returned with the wheels, we will charge you full price for the add-on.
