Call for Storytellers - WAMP Northern Sights 360 project
Western Arctic Moving Pictures film society (WAMP) is calling for storytellers to participate in the Northern Sights 360 video project. Seeking storytellers and performers to submit story ideas and audition.

With the use of video and virtual technologies as platforms for NWT artist, the project's goal is to reach out to northern, national and international audiences and collaborators in explorations of their unique northern landscape.

Storytellers will create immersive environments for audiences and provide a realistic and intimate experience of the contemporary north. Their work will be showcased along side other NWT artists such as Carmen Braden, Casey Koyczan, Leela Gilday, Derrald Taylor and Terry Pamplin.

We are looking for fun, creative, interactive, unique theme's and charismatic talent to tell and perform in a bonfire setting.

To Apply:
1. Complete the Entry form
2. Send your written idea, treatment, or performance act and/or video sample to with subject line "Northern Sights Storytellers". We are looking for samples of your storytelling or performance ability.
3. Get familiar with the project here

Deadline is April 5, 2019

Storytellers will be notified of their acceptance on or before April 5th 2019. If accepted, WAMP will follow up with additional information. This will be a paid performance.

If you are accepted, you will be required to sign a contract and Photo/ Video release (All credits to artist will be included). Select artist may be highlighted on WAMP website.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
