SSSA - Age Exemption Request Form

The SSSA uses Age Base Grading as a guide to who should be placed in each grade/division. If you are placing someone into a grade that is outside their age because of skill level or other reason it will be flagged and will need to gain an exemption. Please use this form to let the Association know why someone if playing outside of their age based grade/division.
