I, the undersigned, hereby release Jackson Hole Writers, its Board of Directors, staff and volunteers from any and all causes of action for personal injury and/or property damage resulting from my/my child’s participation in Jackson Hole Writers activities. *I do hereby authorize Jackson Hole Writers to publish names and/or any photographs taken of me/my child for use in printed publications, website, or other marketing venues. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and I/my child will not receive financial compensation for use of such photographs. I further release Jackson Hole Writers from any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation by me/my child.                                                                                        * COVID Assumption of Risk: The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization.
