Hunterdon Community Farmers Market 2026 Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at The Hunterdon Community Farmers Market.

The Farmers Market will run every Sunday from May 3rd through November 22nd (30 weeks). The market will operate from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, rain or shine, at Historic Dvoor Farm in Raritan Township. 

LOCATION: 111 Mine Street, Flemington NJ 08822 (Historic Dvoor Farm on Rt 12 at the Raritan/Dvoor Circle)

PRIOR TO APPLYING:

A) Please review the HCFM Vendor Policy here. Upon approval, you will be required to sign a Vendor Policy Waiver & Social Media Waiver to participate in the season.

B) Contact your local Health Department to learn about any necessary licenses that may apply to you, like the Temporary Food Permit, which we will require onsite for processed food vendors.

C) All accepted vendors should provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI's) that demonstrate $1,000,000 coverage of general liability, property damage and product liability insurance, and show you have added additionally insured:

D) Vendor fees include:
 $550 for full time attendance (30 weeks at $20 each, with prepay discount).
 $350 for biweekly part time attendance (15 weeks at $25 each, with prepay discount).
 $30 daily pop-up fee.

Vendor Selection: Preference will be given to vendors based on offering of product, local sourcing, and available space.
