The DiGRA Travel bursary is primarily meant to help students and early career researchers who lack institutional support for international travel to attend DiGRA International conferences. Applicants living in Low-Income or Lower-middle-income countries (according to World Bank Classification) will be prioritised.
The fund will be paid as a stipend, but the recipient is required to provide receipts of expenses after the event. The recipient is required to attend the full conference.
Please submit this form between February 14th and February 28th. The travel bursary committee aims to make the decisions by March 14th and all applicants will be notified personally. We reserve the right to not consider applications that ignore the requested word count.
If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQ document, contact DiGRA secretary Thomas Apperley (thomas.apperley@tuni.fi) if clarification is necessary.
