Welcome to the Vendor Registration Form - Hookahville 2017 - August 31 to September 4

Early Bird Craft/Merchandise Vending Special ends May 14, 2017 -- Online Submission Only
Pre-Registration and Food Vending Registration ends on July 1, 2017
All other registrations end on August 20, 2017

We are accepting submission for merchandise vendors on a first come first serve basis until closed.

Please complete the form and you will receive information to process your vending request. This form is to notify us of your intent and to provide information that will hold your place in the queue by time stamping your request. It is the best method to lock in your booth or walking pass at this time. If you do not want to process your application online, please contact hookahville@alchemyhouse.com and request the paper application.

REGISTRATION FEES

Vendors row MERCHANDISE | CRAFT VENDING (10x10 booth space, vendor camping and electric hook up) - 15+ Vendor Slots Available:

MERCH / CRAFT Vending - OPEN

CLOSED - Pre-Registration: $300 (there is a 03.5% processing fee) Full payment must be postmarked by July 1, 2017 to participate at this level. Money orders customers do not have to pay a service fee and can send the payment along with your paper application (or you can complete it online and send later) to 3082 Arthur Rd. Mad River Twp., OH., 45502.

OPEN - Registration: $350 (there is a 03.5% processing fee) if you register between July 2 through Aug 15, 2017. The cut off for a money order payment is August 15th. We may be able to take online payments and applications beyond the close of day on August 15th depending on availability. Please check here to get updates on open or closed vending spaces.

At the Gate -- If you purchase your craft/merch booth space after the registration period, costs will be $400 plus any other fees. These spots will be first come first serve, if available.

FOOD VENDING - CLOSED

Vendors row FOOD SERVICE (includes 3 passes, 20x10 booth space, vendor camping and electric hook up) - 4 Food Vendor Slots and 1 Coffee Vendor is Available:

CLOSED - Registration: $1000 for those people who register and pay now for the event. We are taking first come -- first serve until full. Applications for the food services at this price ends on July 1st.

CLOSED - Coffee and specialty food vending will be $500 for the event at this price.

ALL FOOD VENDING SELECTIONS WILL BE CLOSED by August 20, 2017 - NO EXCEPTIONS.

IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE AFTER SELECTIONS WE WILL TAKE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE APPLICANTS AS SPACE ALLOWS - GET YOUR APPS IN REGARDLESS. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

We may be able to take online payments and applications beyond the close of day on August 16th depending on availability. Please check here to get updates on open or closed vending spaces.

$65 Vending / Extra Worker Pass*
$200 Walking Pass (Includes 1 Pass and you may purchase at the gate, if available)
$135 for Extra 10x10 deep for vendors
$200 for Extra 20x10 deep for vendors
$300 for Extra 20x20 for vendors

Payment confirms your commitment to participate. Please submit carefully and ensure you are able to vend at the event. This is a nonrefundable, rain or shine event and once your slot is paid for, registered and confirmed, we cannot offer it to someone else. Vending sites, including tickets, campsites and parking are not transferable.

By submitting this form, it does not guarantee that you will be selected to Vend. Spots are limited and we only have so many that we can offer.
