Power UP Project: TAilored quick solutions for NGOs & SEs
The COVID-19 pandemic has put tremendous pressure on the NGO and Social Enterprise (SE) sector in Hong Kong. >90% of NGOs have experienced a rapid decrease in income because many fundraising activities and face-to-face services had to be suspended since last October.

This project aims to help small-medium sized NGOs and SEs to alleviate marketing burden and expenses, fundraise more effectively, and better deliver key services.

Under Production (UP) is a mission-driven production house who will provide >3 months free strategic planning & production on marketing and multi-media for 25 NGOs/ SEs from 2021 to 2022.

Information of UP:
Founded in 2015, UP is a SE that offers young and passionate persons real job opportunities in 5 business segments (video production, book publishing, graphic design, music production and social media marketing). For the past 5 years, we have created >1,000 job and intern opportunities which involved >400 youth in Hong Kong.

• Operations affected significantly by COVID-19
• Serving a critical need during the COVID-19 crisis
• Lacking manpower for large scale/urgent marketing projects
• Delivering high impact work within its service sector
