Local braintrust (informal) - provide recommendations for local things to do/see, opportunities for out-of-towners to give back, restaurant recommendations, etc.
Contribution mentors - help folks contribute to the Drupal project
Social media team - assist with social media before and during the con
Photography team - take photos at the con
Various on-site volunteer opportunities - monitor session rooms, check on speakers, put out power strips, etc. - recruitment in spring
