Dear Clydesdaler
The Clydesdale Village Association is holding its Annual General Meeting on 11 March 2020. For more information refer to https://www.clydesdalevillage.co.za/agminfo

As part of preparations for the AGM, eligible members must register and and pay their annual fees (R200. 00) prior to the meeting. For ease of registration we have provided an online membership form. To register (if you have not done so as yet) please fill out the form below before the AGM. We thank you for cooperation and participation in supporting Clydesdale.

The information captured by this form will be used for the following purposes:
1. provides a basis for an attendance list
2. verify or update our contact database with your details

This information will only be used by the CVA to circulate information to the community for your participation and action. The CVA will not disclose, sell or use your personal information in any way to compromise your safety, security and privacy.

Information sent out to residents will be stemming from the aims and goals of the CVA.
