Filipino Cultural School Summer Session Registration 2019
Filipino Cultural School is a program that has been implemented since 1965 and has helped students from ages 5 - 18 know more about their Filipino and Filipino American heritage. We act upon the necessity for our youth to grow up with the opportunity to have a space where they can discover what their culture is all about. This program does not only ensure the preservation of our rich culture, but a means for one to learn more about themselves and their community.
Registration Information & Deadline
FCS Summer Program Registration 2019 is a first come, first serve basis with a registration cap. Space is limited and filling up fast!

This Registration Form is designed to register one child at a time. The average time to complete this form is 10 minutes per child.

Registration closes on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 11:00 pm.

Electronic Waiver Forms via Email
This year, FCS Waiver Forms will be done digitally through a link. After completion of this registration form, you will receive an email with the link to access the waiver forms within 3-5 business days. After signing the waiver forms, you will receive a second email that will inform you whether your child has been enrolled or waitlisted into the Summer Program.
Registration Fee: $195 per child
The $195 fee is to cover venue costs, student insurance, materials, instructor stipends, graduation venue, graduation light refreshments, and graduation programs.

* Note: Registration Fee does NOT include food and beverages.

Payment Options
We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, or PayPal. If you make a payment prior to receiving an email from FCS and your child did not receive a spot in the Summer Program, you will receive a full refund based on the method of payment you chose.

Paying by PAYPAL:
* If you pay using PayPal, you will be charged an additional PayPal service fee of $5.99 that will already be incorporated into the FCS Registration installment plan. PayPal is the only payment plan that FCS offers installments.
* Paypal Payment method is available until May 31, 2019.

Paying by VENMO to @FilipinoCulturalSchool:
* $195 per student, flat rate.
* Venmo Payment method is available until May 31, 2019.

Paying by CASH or CHECK:
* $195 per student, flat rate.
* Cash or checks must only be hand delivered to Filipino Cultural School during Parent Orientation on June 9, 2019. Students registered with a cash or check option will not be fully registered until payment is received and documented by Filipino Cultural School staff.
* If you would prefer to pay before June 9, 2019, please consider our Online payment options.

* Note: If your child was in the “Kewlitz” Family in Summer 2018, you will receive a reimbursement check during the summer for your registration discount.

Student Dance Costumes: $30 Rental Deposit
Please note that the students will be renting dance costumes from Filipino Cultural School. There will be a $30 deposit fee per student enrolled for costume rentals. You will receive the $30 deposit back as long as the costume is in the same condition as it was when it was first rented. The $30 rental deposit is separate from the $195 registration fee. Collection of costume rental deposits will occur during the mid-summer sessions.
