Improving Student Achievement Through Counselor Effectiveness October 22, Oxford Convention Center, Oxford
This training is designed for counselors and their principal, assistant principal or a district-level administrator. Each school team should bring their 2018-2019 school year improvement goals. Participants will be able to set priorities for the counseling programs that affect the school improvement goals and student achievement. They will determine data to examine in developing a strategic plan for the school-counseling program that supports school improvement and include accountability in their school counseling programs as they collaborate with one another sharing resources. The training will be limited to 30 participants. (No cost for MPE and MS NBCT Network members to attend and receive CEUs or SEMIs. Non-members must pay $25 to attend, which includes CEUs or SEMIs.)
