Welcome to the registration form for the Living with Wellness Festival 2024, the biggest wellness and arts festival happening in Mississauga! 

Living With Wellness Arts Festival 2024 is set to take place at Mississauga Celebration Square on May 25. We invite businesses and organizations to partner with us and make this day a success.

Our festival celebrates the connection between wellness and the arts, and we're excited to invite performers of all kinds to apply. 

From music and dance to cultural shows and entertainment groups, we're looking for a wide range of performance types to showcase at our festival.

To apply, please complete the form submission process and wait for our shortlist announcement. If you're selected to perform, we'll provide you with a performance agreement outlining the details of your participation.

  • Successful applicants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email.
  • All performers must be available to perform on the festival's designated date and time.
  • Performers are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and other expenses related to their participation in the festival.
  • The festival organizers will provide basic sound equipment, but performers are responsible for providing any additional equipment or technical support.
  • The festival organizers reserve the right to use performers' names, images, and recordings for promotional purposes.
  • The festival organizers will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to performers or their property during the festival.
  • By submitting the registration form, applicants agree to the festival's terms and conditions.
