NOTE:
If necessary, please ensure all proper licenses have been procured for the proposed fundraising and/or activity. All
proper documentation must be on file in the business office, prior to the event.
PER BOARD POLICY #915:
All fundraising request must be filed with the Superintendent’s off prior to August 15th each year.
Changes/additions/deletions must reach the Superintendent’s office 60 (sixty) days in advance.
