For the safety and security of your foster, we ask that you keep your foster inside the home if you will be away for a few hours. Are you agreeable to this?

I hereby agree that while the foster dog is in my care, I will have it on leash at all times while outside the yard. The foster dog will also wear tags and collar. I will treat the dog as one of my own. The dog will not be chained, trolley, or tethered at any time. I understand that my foster dogs are not allowed to be taken to dog parks. I will update pictures and biographies regularly in order for potential adopters to know how my foster is doing. I understand that the foster pet is property of A Barking Chance Animal Rescue, inc and all veterinary appointments and procedures must be approved by the foster coordinator. Any vetting done to our animals outside of these parameters, and without our expressed consent, will not be reimbursed or paid for by A Barking Chance Animal Rescue.
