AZDA Priority Pre-Registration 2018-2019
This year, we are adapting our Pre-Registration and schedule making process to work for everyone!

Please help us build our class schedule for our new, upcoming fall season! Families that pre-register for classes will have their individual input used to create our schedule. Please complete a separate form per dancer. Plan for 5-10 minutes to fill out all the information.

Priority Pre Registration comes with great discounts and gifts! You will receive 10% off your first session of tuition August-October billing session, $15 off our 2018 summer intensive program (Level 1-7 one, two or ) OR $5 off Princess, Fundamentals or other single day camps and an exclusive pre-registration AZDA shirt! *Pick up your shirt in the lobby after you complete registration!

PRIORITY PRE-REGISTRATION BEGINS 9:00AM SATURDAY, MARCH 3 AND ENDS SATURDAY MARCH 10 5:00PM

Step 1: Fill out the below pre-registration questionnaire per student.

Step 2: Deposits
Dancers pre-registering for 1 or more classes have a $50 deposit due at pre registration.

*Deposit is applied to tuition balance in August 2018 prior to tuition billing.
**Tuition deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once pre-registration is over, we will develop the studio schedule, and create your dancer's schedule in your online account based on your interest/ availability/ and teacher placement. You can confirm your dancers schedule, and that's it!

AZDA facilitates over 55 classes and programs per week, for hundreds of students and families. Due to varying school ending times, we schedule a majority of our weeknight classes between the hours of 3:30 and 8:30PM. We typically schedule classes for younger dancers (Creative Movement, Pre Ballet, Fundamentals) towards the beginning of our weeknight schedules, while older and advanced classes typically are scheduled toward the end of the weeknight.

Although AZDA tries to accommodate as many requests as possible, we cannot guarantee everyone’s requests will be met. If the class schedule you are given or an alternate class does not work for you, we will refund your deposit.

Step 3: Approve and confirm schedule, add any classes to your schedule online or at the front desk.
