The University of Michigan School of Public Health is proud to present Disrupting Infectious Diseases: Fighting for our Future on Monday, November 18, 2024. We will take a deep dive into the latest advancements in infectious disease research, innovative interventions, and responsive policymaking.

The event will take place at the Michigan Union in the Rogel Ballroom. 

This event is part of The Exchange: Critical Conversations with Michigan Public Health, an in-person academic seminar series. 

9:00 - 10:15 am: Welcome and Keynote Address from Dr. Ashish Jha followed by Q&A

10:30 am - 11:30 am: Expert panel discussion, featuring Dr. Natasha Bagdasarian, Dr. Juan Marquez, and Rev. Horace Sheffield, III, moderated by Dr. Emily Martin

11:30 am -12:30 pm: Strolling lunch and research showcase in the Pendleton Room
