As part of annual School survey, we are conducting a self evaluation survey for schools. The parameters that we use to assess a school and their description is given below. Please select the school category your school belongs too, and rate them against different parameters given below. Please rate them out of 10. If you feel that the schools performs very well on that aspect, you can rate it closer to 10, e.g. 7,8,9,10. If you feel that it does not perform well at all on that aspect you can rate it closer to 0,i.e. 0,1,2,3. etc.
Important Note - In self assessment process of school rating we expect school heads of the management to share accurate information as this information will be evaluated by external agency for all validations, hence do not share any information which is not accurate, you may choose NA - as not applicable.

Description of the parameters -
Teacher Welfare and Development: Is the environment in school conducive for growth of teachers, measures taken by school to cultivate faculty, exchange programmes with foreign schools, number of programmes conducted for their training and the salaries paid to them.
Competence of Teachers: The knowledge level of teachers, their qualifications, their training etc. How child friendly and effective is the teaching learning process in the school. The initiatives taken by a school to improve the pedagogy like collaborative learning , experiential learning, theater in education etc
Individual Attention to Students : Number of students in a section, teacher student ratio, if care is taken for every child’s growth instead of focusing on select few. Counseling facilities, both for personal problems and career related issues available for students.
Academic reputation: This parameter is related to the academics in the school, the rigour, the results etc.
Sports Education: How proactive the school is in encouraging student participation in different sports. The facilities available to promote sports among students.
Co-curricular activities : How proactive the school is in promoting student participation in theater, arts etc.Leadership/ management quality: Capability and vision of school Principal/director/CEO in improving teaching learning process, seeing to it that the staff works as a team ,integrity and other leadership skills.
Parental involvement in school activities: The extent of involvement of parents in school activities to promote quality education in the school.
Infrastructure provision: How well kept the school building is, labs, play grounds, IT enabled class rooms, computers, books in library.
Special needs Education: The facilities in the school to help in the learning process of children with special need, number of such children actually enrolled, how well are they integrated with other students.
Value for money: Is the quality of education imparted and facilities in school at par with the fee charged. Is every child getting the worth of money spent on fees.
Internationalism: Steps taken by school to promote global outlook among students. Exchange programmes for students and teachers etc.
Life Skills education: Education imparted to students to effectively manage self and to handle various interpersonal problems and conflicts. How well this education is integrated with curriculum.
Community Service: The efforts put in by school to help socially disadvantaged sections of society.
Pastoral Care (Only for residential Schools): How well the school looks after the students living in hostels, their well being, their health etc.
Our Organisation will reserve all rights of the data and information and in case if information shared in self assessment do not match as per our research, we shall write to the authorized contact person for validation and more information, and Results of this survey will be shared on yearly bases for specific Pin-Code or area level, location level, suburb level, city level, state level, Zonal level (East, West,North & South Level) in case if school has not opted not to participate in this survey, we shall clearly mention as not participated in the survey in the final results, We shall communicate the dates and venue for this award ceremony by 1st Week of Oct,
