Please use this form to re-enroll any of your children (currently in Kindergarten - 7th Grade) who will be continuing at Trinity Lutheran for 1st through 8th grades in the 2025-2026 school year. If you *do not* intend to re-enroll, please use this form to communicate those plans to us, as well.

Re-enrollment forms for current Preschool/Pre-K students will be available from the school.

Please remember to submit a $100 (per child on this form) non-refundable enrollment deposit. You may make this payment online or bring in cash or check to the school office. Blessings!
