A network of sociologists, political scientists, other scholars, and political practitioners who are interested in making politics work better for people, and in taking seriously the ways the social and cultural matter for US politics (with particular attention to issues of race and class). We have held one mini-conference and are planning others, and will be hosting meet-ups at upcoming conferences as well as (possibly) a webinar series on the current issues in US politics under Trump 2.0.
