This online registration form must be completed by MONDAY APRIL 9, 2018. Payment and a signed copy of the waiver must be received by FRIDAY APRIL 13, 2018. Rosters will be determined on a first-come first-serve basis. The Club will accommodate everyone as much as possible, but please realize we can only have 12-14 girls per team. NO REFUNDS of any kind will be made after April 27, 2018.
